Consumer confidence declined in June

São Paulo – The Brazilian consumer’s confidence in the economy and in their own financial conditions dropped from 41.5 points in May to 39.4 points in June, according to a survey conducted by the Credit Protection Service (SPC Brasil) and the National Confederation of Retail Managers (CNDL). The decline was of 5%, the lowest level since January, when the series began.
